Hazara Pukhuri and Padam Pukhuri are the pairs of tanks positioned near Bamuni Hills, Tezpur. Hazara Pukhuri is recognized as the third largest (not made by nature/fake) lake in this city. The total area covered by this water holding tank (or area) is 70acres. This holding tank (or area) was gathered from a (related to studying people who lived a very long time ago) digging job in an early19th century and named from Harjjar Verma. Due to the presence of this pond within the city, cool and breezy mood/quality stays alive always.
On the other hand, Padam Pukhuri is another island park famous for lotus. A wooden footbridge(reduces/ slows/ slowly moves) to frequent the tourists to take walk on the bank of the pond. This park attracts the travel fans with its musical fountains, toy train, and iron bridge
