Jain Temple – Ranakpur, Udaipur

Located in Udaipur at Ranakpur, the Jain temple is listed among the most stunning one out of allthe other Jain temples in India.    Gave/reserved to the first Tirthankara of Jainism, Adinatha, thistemple is made from light colored marble. It has clear/separate shikharas, turrets, domes and(domes on top of buildings). The temple is well-supported by more than one thousand marble(tall supporting posts/important parts) that display marvelous carvings, which are the mostattention grabbing features of this temple. It has four faces that represent the four directions ofTirthankara’s (sudden, unwanted entry into a place).
