Kamakhya Temple is one of the 51 Shaktipeeths in India which carries a very old story/untrue story to protect fans from evil eyes. This temple in Assam is a quite popular site for travelers (to holy places) and tourists due to its amazing Tantric deep love. Among many Shakti temples in India, this clearly stated/particular temple is truly considered as another one. The main god in this house of worship is Lord Shiva and Daksha Yagna (Death Bodily existence). Nilachal Hill lies in Guwahati which is the location of Kamakhya Temple.
Ambubachi is the main special celebration (with fun events) of this temple when tourists from all over the world come to be seen this event. But the temple is closed for three days from 22nd June to24th June because it is believed that during this time period the menstrual cycle of Goddess begins. Plenty of sculptures are written-on on the wall of the temple and all these show/indicate different goddess, Chamundeshwari, Ganesha and many dancing presents/asks/stand in a showy and fake way of Goddess which are very fascinating.
Apart from that, the (beautiful to look at) beauty of hilltop is very attractive for shutterbugs to click the snaps.
