Morning After Breakfast Drive To Nubra Valley Is A Part Of The Old Silk Road To Central Asia. The Valley Connected Eastern Tibet With Turkistan Through The Karakoram Pass. Nubra Valley Is Known For Its Centuries-old Gompas, Hot Sulphur Springs, High-altitude Sand Dunes, Double- Humped Bactrian Camels And A Unique Amalgamation Of Mountains, Rivers And Deserts. The Karakoram Mountain Range And The Valley Combine To Create A Fantastic Desert Landscape And Fertile Fields. Nubra Is Known As Ldumra, Meaning “valley Of Flowers” In Ladakhi Language. Nubra Is Also The Gateway To Siachen Glacier, The Highest And Coldest Battlefield In The World At An Altitude Of Almost 6,000 Metres Where The Temperature Falls Below Minus 60 Degrees In The Winter. 5 Nights’ accommodation at the hotel mentioned above or similar.
05 breakfasts & 05 dinners at hotel on fixed menu with veg food in standard package.
All arrival/departure transfers, excursions, sightseeing toll taxes, interstate taxes, parking fee, fuel charges, driver allowances etc using one non-air conditioned Xylo / Scorpio.
Check in & Check out: 11:00 hrs & 09:00 hrs.

No refund will be made for any unused service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Tariff is subjected to change as per hike if any fuel price, hotel price, transportation price & any Indian government taxes.
Any Air/train/bus fare etc.
Services of Representative on Arrival / Departure / Local Guide / Monument entrances / Still & video camera fee / Vehicle entrance fee / Inner Line Permit fee @ 600/- per person in Leh to visit Nubra Valley, Turtuk & Pangong Lake. {These will be on direct payment}
Expense of personal nature like Portage, Laundry, Telephone charges, Shopping, Wines, Monument fee, Medical expenses, Alcoholic beverages, Mineral water, items of personal nature etc.
Vehicle AC facilities wouldn’t be provided in hill stations as it adversely effects the performance of vehicle engines and fuel average.
Vehicle mostly will be not at disposal and will be provided as per tour program only.
Please note, the name of hotel/camp mentioned only indicate that our rates are based on these hotel/camp and it’s not to be assumed that accommodation is already confirmed at these hotel/camp. In case of any unavailability of mentioned hotel/ camp room category issue at the time of booking we will book alternate hotel/camp room category at a similar or next best available hotel/camp room and shall pass on the difference of extra cost supplement whatever applicable.

All our packages are customizable except Fixed Departures.
Guests are requested to have every discussion in written as verbal communications will not be entertained.
The packages offered by Karotrip can be customized according to guest’s wish.
To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
Package will not be considered booked until advance amount has not been received by us.
Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.
Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.
To give better experiences to our guests, our company also rolls out special offers. This includes upgraded Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.

Rooms are subject to the availability. No reservation has been made till date. This is just a quotation. The above rate is valid only for mentioned dates / month.
The above Quotation is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings. If we are not able to get the original hotels, shall provide equivalent / alternative hotels.
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.
Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in, in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of transportation / hotel / package services, cancellation charges would be effective as per below:
- Before 30 days - 30% of the total tour cost
- 30 -15 days - 60% of the total tour cost
- 14 - 07 days - 90% of the total tour cost
- 06 - 0 days - 100 % of the total tour cost
