Must have documents for Japan Tourist Visa +

Original Passport with minimum validity of 6 months and 2 blank pages.
Online filled visa form.
2 photographs with white background 2-inch x 2 inch, and matte finish.
Cover letter.
Address Proof if the passport is issued in other jurisdictions.
Last 3 months attested bank statement with minimum balance of INR 1,00,000/-.
Income Tax Return for last 1 year.
Leave letter from the company.
Air Ticket.
Hotel booking.
Day wise itinerary.

Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 2 blank pages + all old passports if any.

Personal Covering letter on letterhead mentioning the purpose of travel and the inviting Company details (if self-employed)
Letter from the company (Jhuminyo) on letterhead mentioning the purpose of travel and the inviting Company details (if employed)
Original, attested, and updated Bank Statement with sufficient bank balance (last 6 months)
Income Tax Returns / Form 16 for last 3 years.
3 months’ salary slip.
Company GST certificate / Partnership Deed / MOA
Current account bank statement with attestation for 3 months
