“KaroTrip” is a brand name and online travel facilitation platform owned and operated by Selten Smart Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at 513, 5th Floor, Palm Spring, Malad West, Mumbai – 400064.

For the purposes of these terms, references to “KaroTrip”, “we”, “us”, or “our” shall mean and include the Company operating the KaroTrip platform.

KaroTrip processes data to:

  • create/manage accounts
  • facilitate bookings/cancellations/refunds/support
  • send confirmations/vouchers/invoices
  • personalise user experience

Where required, processing is based on consent, contract performance, legal obligations, or legitimate interests.

Subject to applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, erase data, withdraw consent, and raise grievances.
